Production: FranniePants cards are individually handmade therefore some variations will occur. Small beads and embellishments that are used to make your order are NOT suitable for children.

Order: Upon receipt of order and 50% deposit. You will be sent within 2 weeks a set of proofs for approval. Amendments must be signed, dated and returned to FranniePants, as final confirmation before work on your order will commence. Changes to your order thereafter may incur an additional charge. We will not accept responsibility once the proofs have been signed. Completion of order will take 4-6 weeks from receipt of final proofs. Final payment is required prior to dispatch of order.

Prices: may change due to increased costs of raw materials. Deposit with order secures the price agreed.

Payment: A 50% deposit is required on placing the order. This deposit is non-refundable. Final balance is required prior to dispatch of goods. All cheque's should be made payable to F. Symes or alternately payments can be made through the PayPal system.

Delivery: Orders are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery and is charged at £12.50 per order. A

Signature is required upon receipt of goods any additional postage will be charged at the current rate this usually occurs on items requiring later dispatch i.e. Orders of Service and Table Plans. You will be notified of this charge prior to dispatch.

Cancellations: 50% deposit will be retained plus any additional costs that may have incurred prior to cancellation of order.
